Roadmap

Planned work

What is next, what is still on the list, and what already landed in tester builds.

This is a living snapshot, not a ship date. Order and scope can change as testing feedback comes in. Release plumbing and private operator work stay off this list.

Next up

2
Fork session from chat Fork the open session, or fork from a specific outgoing message, then open it or stay.
Composer agent picker Choose any primary agent from the connected server, including custom agents — not only Build and Plan.

Planned

2
File browser Browse directories and open file contents for the active project. Viewer-first; no editing in this slice.
@ file mentions Type @ in the composer to fuzzy-match project files and insert them into a prompt.

Shipped

8
Chat catch-up when the stream stalls Stay in Session Chat and keep seeing new assistant work when the live stream looks connected but stops updating.
Project picker on home Replace the chip scroller with a searchable picker when you turn it on in Settings; chips stay the default.
Multiple connection profiles Save more than one server, switch which one home shows, and add or remove profiles without mixing sessions.
Create sessions on v2 servers Starting a new session on a v2 server no longer fails after the server responds.
API version on server rows Each saved server shows whether it speaks API v1 or v2 after you test the connection.
Composer drafts Leave a session and come back — unsent composer text is still there.
Simpler home with one project With a single added project, skip the All chip and the extra project picker when starting a new session.
Session todos stay visible The todo pill stays on screen while items are unfinished, not only while the agent is working.

Later

3
Remote terminal Some form of remote shell. Product shape is still open.
MCP server list Read-only list of MCP servers on the connected opencode server.
Session export Export an open session for sharing or archival. Format still to be locked.

Not a ship calendar. No public store dates, no promise that every item lands in this order, and no CI / signing / operator-only release work on this page.
